For successful orders, we can hold your purchase in-store for up to 6 weeks. After which time, your order may be cancelled if not collected; if this happens, your funds will be held in store until you are able to make it in.
Our stores will attempt to make contact you before your order is cancelled, so please make sure your contact information is up to date and correct when placing an order.

Once orders are successfully processed and available to collect from your local store, they can only be cancelled and refunded in person.

Orders containing multiple items may be split automatically by our system depending on stock levels at the time your order was placed. This is so that we can get your order to its destination as quickly as possible.
